Everything you need to know about how your Miniguri gets to you.
Every Miniguri figurine is handcrafted to order — no two are exactly alike. We prioritise quality over speed, which means your figurine goes through 3D printing, hand-painting, and a thorough quality inspection before it ever leaves our studio.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Your total delivery time is made up of two phases:
Phase 1 — Crafting
7–10 business days
3D modelling, printing, hand-painting, quality inspection.
Phase 2 — Shipping
7–10 business days
Door-to-door delivery within Australia.
In total, please allow 2–4 weeks from order placement to delivery. During peak periods (holidays, sale events) production may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide — no minimum spend required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your figurine has been dispatched, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.
Please allow 1–3 business days after receiving your shipping notification for the carrier to register the first tracking update.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@miniguri.com. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
International Customs & Duties
For orders delivered within Australia and New Zealand, customs charges do not typically apply to personal orders.
If you are ordering from outside these regions, import taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
